1. Eligibility

• Glow Verified is open to customers who have purchased Vitamin-C CremeSerum directly from Pixibeauty.com, Pixibeauty.co.uk or the Pixi App during the eligibility period.

• Retail purchases are not currently eligible for participation.

• Participants must be aged 18 years or older.

• Participants must have a public TikTok or Instagram account at the time of
submission and review.

2. How to Enter

• Purchase Vitamin-C CremeSerum from Pixibeauty.com,
Pixibeauty.co.uk or the Pixi App.

• Create original content featuring Vitamin-C CremeSerum.

• Post your content on TikTok or Instagram using #GlowVerified.

• Submit your order number and content link through the Glow Verified
submission form.

• Content must remain live and publicly accessible throughout the review
period.

3. Content Requirements

• Content must be original and created by the participant.

• Content must clearly feature Vitamin-C CremeSerum.

• Content must demonstrate genuine product usage or authentic customer
experience.

• Duplicate, reused or previously submitted content will not be eligible.

• Pixi reserves the right to reject content that is misleading, offensive,
unsafe or does not align with brand guidelines.

4. Rewards

• Content achieving 5,000 views within 30 days of publication may qualify for 50% Pixi Store Credit equivalent to the purchased Vitamin-C CremeSerum.

• Content achieving 25,000 views within 30 days of publication may qualify for 100% Pixi Store Credit equivalent to the purchased Vitamin-C CremeSerum.

• Qualification is assessed on a per-content basis and views cannot be combined across multiple posts.

• Participants may submit multiple pieces of content, however store credit
eligibility is limited to the number of verified Vitamin-C CremeSerum purchases made directly through Pixi.

• All rewards are issued as Pixi Store Credit only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Store Credit

• Store Credit is valid on a future purchase only.

• Store Credit cannot be applied to shipping costs or taxes.

• Store Credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

• Store Credit expiry and redemption instructions will be communicated upon
issuance.

6. Review & Validation

• All submissions are subject to manual review and validation.

• Pixi reserves the right to request additional information to verify eligibility.

• Pixi reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet the
programme requirements.

7. Content Rights

• By participating in Glow Verified, participants grant Pixi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish and share submitted content across Pixi-owned channels, including social media, website, CRM, paid media and marketing materials.

• Creator credit will be provided where reasonably possible.

8. Fraud Prevention

• Returned, refunded or cancelled orders are not eligible.

• Fake engagement, purchased views, automated activity or fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification.

• Multiple accounts created to circumvent programme limits are prohibited.

• Pixi reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraudulent
activity.

9. General

• Glow Verified is designed to reward participation and content creation and is not intended to incentivise positive reviews.

• Pixi reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the programme at any time.

• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
